Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You need an account to use Autopia. You're responsible for keeping your login safe, whether that's an email and password or an anonymous account PIN. For anonymous accounts, the account PIN is the only way in: if you lose it, we cannot recover the account for you.

If you are planning to use Autopass for a company, you must provide a company email, legal name & ensure your company complies with the rest of our terms.

2. The services

Autopass generates tokens for use with your search requests. It's meant to expediate the long, slow, & insecure way of classic searching. Autognito runs Google searches on your behalf from our servers and returns the results. We provide the tools; how you use them within these terms is up to you.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Autopia to:

• Cause troubles via SEO poisoning.
• Access, collect, or distribute material that is illegal where you are.
• Attack, overload, or interfere with our systems or anyone else's.
• Resell or redistribute the service as your own without an agreement.
• Get around usage limits, rate limits, or billing. Bug reports will be rewarded.

We may suspend accounts that put the service or our customers at risk. Because we don't log searches, enforcement is based on account-level signals like request volume & abuse reports, not on what you searched.

4. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout: weekly for Autopass Unlimited, monthly for Autognito plans. Usage allowances reset each billing period and don't roll over. Prices are shown on our pricing pages and may change with notice for future periods.

Free plans and trials are provided as-is and may be revoked or denied if we suspect abuse.

5. Refunds

Refunds are generally not available without specific reason. Rather than refunds, we offer extensions for Autopass or Autognito based on the amount of downtime. However, this is completely up to our discretion. Furthermore, refunds may be available in specific cases such as fraud, or if the user had less than 10,000 requests & was requested within 1-2 days after purchase. However, this is still up to our ultimate decision.

6. Availability

While we strive to have very little downtime, there will be some due to the nature of our product. Speaking to this, we cannot offer any sort of refund or compensation if the service is shut down by a third-party entity such as a cease & desist notice, lawsuit, or any other reason in which we deem it too risky to keep services online. Other than that, there will be smaller downtimes lasting anywhere from hours to days. This will normally not be a defect of our service, but an issue with payment providers, proxies, or hosting. However, the possibility of our service requiring maintinence is innevitable & we will work as quickly as possible whenever this may occur.

7. Intellectual property

Autopia, its branding, and its software are ours. Search results returned to you belong to their respective owners; we don't claim rights over them. "Google" is a trademark of Google LLC; Autopia is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. That being said, we do not have any affiliations with, are endorsed by, or sponsored by web-scraping companies or any other search as a service company.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't warrant that results will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted. We claim no responsibility of any kind for the actions of our users. We offer the product, we do not endorse actions of those who violate ToS, law, or any other issue (see below).

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Autopia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can stop using Autopia and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; the privacy commitments in our Privacy Policy continue to apply to whatever little data we hold.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and notify account holders where we can. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
