Privacy & No-Logs Policy

Last updated: 05 October 2026

Everything we do & don't collect from you (the end user). As well as what we do with the little data we do collect.

The short version

Autopia runs two products: Autopass (search tokens) & Autognito (private Google search). For both, our rule is the same: we don't keep records of you, what you search for, or the results you get back.

We can't hand over, sell, or publicize search data we don't have. It has nothing to do with our intent. It's a core piece about how the service is built.

What we store, & what we never store

What we store

  • Your account identifier, an email or an account PIN (personal identification number)
  • Your chosen plan, your quota, your account age, & other data collected upon registration (excludes IP address)
  • Biling records such as amounts, crypto addresses, & time stamps
  • Usage, fail, & success rates for statistics
  • Device-fingerprinting data, collected via our antibot (Autoguard), not exposed nor linked

What we never store

  • Your search queries
  • The results or pages returned to you
  • A history of what you looked at, or when
  • Your IP address tied to a search
  • Browsing profiles or advertising identifiers
  • Anything not mentioned in the list to the left

Your query & its results pass through our servers only for as long as it takes to run the search & send you the answer. They are held in memory for that moment & are never written to a database or log file.

Autognito (private search)

When you run a search on Autognito:

  • The request travels encrypted from you to our servers. Anyone watching your network sees only that you're connected to Autopia, not what you searched.
  • We run the search on Google from our own servers, through our own proxies. Google sees our proxy, not your IP address, cookies, or account.
  • We send you the results over the same encrypted connection, then discard the query & results.
  • Nothing about the search is written to your device's history, because it happens on our side, not in your browser.

Autopass (Search tokens)

Autopass is a developer tool. You send us a challenge page, we return valid data. We keep a count of your total solutions, fails, & successes. We don't store the search queries you go on to make as we never see them anyhow.

Payments

Payments are handled via cryptocurrency for now, so we will store your crypto address, time stamps, & the amount paid. This is used to verify the subscription & when it was paid.

We keep records mainly as a means to check that you are paying on time & we may investigate funds if we suspect they are not from proper source. If we ever decide to use a third-party payment provider, we cannot control what they collect. For the utmost security, use a VPN.

If you want to keep payment fully separate from your identity, use an account PIN & new addresses for each payment.

Anonymous accounts

Autognito lets you create an account with no email, no name, & no password. Instead, you get a random account number that is your entire login. We don't know who you are, & we don't ask.

  • We can't email you, because we don't have your email.
  • We can't reset your account PIN, because we have no other way to identify you. If you lose it, the account is gone. However, in some cases we can restore access given enough proof such as transactions, dates, & usage statistics.
  • Paired with an anonymous address, there's nothing linking the account to you at all.

Government & legal requests

If we receive a valid legal request for user data, we comply with the law, but we collect very little data in the first place. Given this fact, any data mentioned that we do have is to be provided assuming a valid request.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in & to remember basic preferences. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The Autognito search page deliberately keeps your query out of the URL, your browser history, & local storage.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we store, we'll update this page & the "last updated" date, & we'll tell existing users before the change takes effect. We will never quietly start logging searches.
